Stationed on East Main Street, just prior to the intersection with North Allen Heights Drive, our Allen East facility has offered both clean and affordable storage options to the HOA communities of Villas in the Park, Crossing at Waterford, and Trails of Glenwood for the past decade. Our facility features a number of heated and cooled interior units as well as exterior units with drive up access for easier unloading of your heavier items. We offer a wide array of unit sizes to match all of your storage needs, whether it be a small 5x5 unit to place your valuables or a spacious 10x30 unit to house your furniture and vehicles. Additionally, our facility offers private on-site mailboxes, which can be purchased alongside your unit, as well as a full line of boxes and packing supplies to help keep your belongings safe over time. If you’re in need of a truck during your move, then you’re in luck! We gladly offer a free 16’ truck rental to all of our customers with their move-in. Alongside our sister property, Securlock Storage at Allen West, our facility has been proud to serve the citizens of Allen and their neighbors in Lucas, St. Paul, Parker, and Fairview. Usually a good experience. New manager seems nice. Was very busy.. last manager was great.. new older office girl was ok.. kept mispronounced my name then told me wrong price when I went to pay bill but I corrected her and she said yeah I was right but no apology or anything for her mistake. I think their signs are funny n usually take pics of them for a giggle later. On a few occasions Other customers tend to block gate n key pad with moving trucks or work trucks or haul butt in gate almost running me over. One time a person had 2 hallways blocked with his stuff all over in the building my unit was in and I had a hard time getting to and from my unit to move heavy things.“

Very pleasant experience. Professional staff. Received great service from Lauren, the leasing manager. Rented truck, and stored my sofa and love seat with no hassle or stress... Recommend to others
