Had only had unit 1 month. Told the employee in the off when I went in to pay on January 3rd 2026 that I would be moving out in 1 week. Instead of him probation my rent for the one week he charged me for a whole month. When I called them to let them know that I had moved out a day early and my lock was removed and unit was swept and cleaned better than I had received it. They asked if my love was removed, which I again told them yes, and asked then what I would be being charged for the 1 week rental. He then informed me that thuer is no refund. I told him that the person who I had just spoken with 1 week prior had told me thier would be a refund, and now he is telling me that thier isn't. I have called the customer service number and have spoken with a district manager they have claimed. Still haven't received anything even after the district senior manager has told me that I would be reimbursed. Go else where poor business educate and poor customer service. I will update thus post if I receive and reimbursement.

I made a long distance reservation on a storage unit. I spoke with Jackee and I was totally impressed with her professionalism. Upon arriving at the facility I found out that everything she told me was exactly as she said and I couldn’t be happier. I wish every business had a manager as great as Jackee. I highly recommend this facility and Jackee.

I’ve never rented nor bought a storage before, I ended up purchasing the wrong size of course. Fortunately for me Jackee was very helpful, professional and nice about adjusting my storage to the right one along with giving me a tour and showing me the ins and out of renting with the company. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
